This policy describes how the MatchRush mobile application (“the App”) and its online services collect, use, and share information when you play.

Online features use Cloudflare (Workers, D1 database, and Durable Objects) in regions where Cloudflare operates. Email delivery may pass through Resend or similar providers as configured.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising in the App as described in this policy.

Retention & deletion

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account data through in-app options where available, or by contacting Support. Some records may be retained for a short period in backups before they are purged.

Children

MatchRush is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by your region). If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

International users

If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
