This policy describes how the MatchRush mobile application (“the App”) and its online services collect, use, and share information when you play.

Who we are

MatchRush is published by an independent developer. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us via Support.

Information we process

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

• Account & profile — A device identifier or user ID you create in the App, display name, and email address if you choose to provide one for sign-in, stats, or invitations.
• Email verification — If you verify your email, we send one-time codes via our email provider (for example Resend). We store verification status and related timestamps as needed to operate the feature.
• Gameplay & multiplayer — Match identifiers, room codes, scores, round results, and related session data so online games can run and leaderboards can function.
• Technical data — Standard server logs (e.g. request metadata, error diagnostics) from our hosting provider to keep the service secure and reliable.

Where data is processed

Online features use Cloudflare (Workers, D1 database, and Durable Objects) in regions where Cloudflare operates. Email delivery may pass through Resend or similar providers as configured.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Provide multiplayer matchmaking, private rooms, and game sessions;
• Maintain accounts, leaderboards, and stats you choose to save;
• Send transactional emails (verification codes, room invites) when you request them;
• Detect abuse, protect security, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising in the App as described in this policy.

Retention & deletion

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account data through in-app options where available, or by contacting Support. Some records may be retained for a short period in backups before they are purged.

Children

MatchRush is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by your region). If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

International users

If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
